We Deserve Fresh Air

   When do you usually get up? And how do you can wake up right on time? Do you wake up by yourself or your mother has to waking you up angrily or by alarm clock? I’m not really sure that we can always wake up by ourselves and right on time. Sometimes we need some help from our mother or our alarm clock to waking us up right on time.
   I was so surprised that day when some of our friends
were late to go to school. And they said that they woke up late that morning. And then I asked some of them “when do you usually wake up?” “Around six am” they replied. “Have you ever wakened up earlier?” I asked again. But some answer was very disappointing, “Nope, I rarely wake up early. But I’ve woke up later.” And they also said that maybe they won’t get up early without their moms by waking them up. Don’t you know that if your mom waking you up, you bothering her? She wants you to wake up by yourself. How hard can it be?
   And if we wake up earlier we can get prepared. The earlier we get up, the more time we can checking if there’s still something left. So that way, we won’t forget the things that we suppose to bring that day. Plus, if we can wake up early, we’ll get healthier. Do you know why? Because in the early morning, especially when the sun hasn’t rise, around 4 am to 5.30 am, the air hasn’t get polluted, yet. As soon as the sun rises a process called photosynthesis starts, in which carbon dioxide is taken in and oxygen is given out. Thus, the proportion of oxygen becomes greater in comparison to carbon dioxide in the lower atmosphere. The morning air has lesser amount of vehicle exhaust, dust, soot and smoke. All these make the morning fresh air. It’s good for your health. And that’s why doctors advise patients to take morning walks. It makes you grow stronger. But in this life, not everyone get a chance to get the fresh clean air. Because most of the air that we get everyday has get polluted already. The air has filled with the smokes around us. So if we’re breathing in it, we’ll get sick.
   In order to get the fresh air is to wake up early. But in this case, try to wake up by yourself. By proving that you can wake up by yourself, it improves your mentally skill. But if you’re a person who has a ‘problem’ to wake up by yourself, you can do some tip here that I know;
1.       Determine what time you will need to wake up on most days.
2.       Use your alarm clock to wake up at approximately that same time each morning.
3.       Go to bed at approximately the same time every night
4.       Finally, wean yourself off the alarm clock.
These simple tips could perfectly help you; just train yourself to wake up early at least for 7 days. And when I said 7 days, it means you have to wake up early too on the weekend. Well of course you should! And do it also on the holidays. The more you train, the more you’ll gain, right? So go on and try! I hope it works on all of us. So we won't be late for class.
Now go to your parents and your alarm clock and said “Thanks for helping me to wake up early this whole time, but I don’t need you to waking me up anymore. Now I can do it myself without your help and I won’t be late to wake up. And look at the bright side; I reduce your duty to waking me up! I’m living a brand new healthy life now!”
